All the MLAs and MPs from Manipur Outer Constituencies are corrupted. They siphon off funds for personal use and blames the Government and the valley for their plight. ED must investigate these corrupted politicians.
I have got a long list. But it's not the right time i guess because their childrens daily expenses/pocket money is helping in this critical bankruptcy situation of the State.

Please examine, how all the supplies and construction orders are given only to specific local traders and contractors only by the University @ManipurUniverse . The university is run by the contractors, who 1st do the work and later tender and work order is released.

@ManipurUniverse is known for financial mismanagement. It is heard that no good person wants to take responsibility for the Finance Officer there.One professor of @mizoramuni was appointed but he left after getting what's going on.
