Our hosting provider is performing emergency maintenance on our Shopify server. Services should resume in about 30 minutes
Our hosting provider is currently migrating our main DB server to a new physical host. Services are temporarily offline.

Our DNS provider is having issues at the moment, meaning that some of our services are not reachable.
Our servers are struggling with the Black Friday load. We're spinning up more servers now.
We're about to move our Shopify app over to a "Shopify 2.0" setup where our configuration panel will be embedded in the Shopify back end, and modern themes will be able to configure recommendations blocks from Shopify's theme editor. Service may be shakey for the next hour.
And things are already back up, after 12 minutes of downtime.

Our Shopify app is down while our service provider does maintenance on our database server. We don't have a window yet for when we expect it to be back up.
Our ISP is currently down for maintenance. We are closely monitoring the situation and keep you up to date.
There were issues with one customer account that were causing a heavy load on our servers. We've temporarily disabled that account and things are back to normal, but will continue to investigate the source of the problem on that particular account.
