Just hit a tricky customer bug last week. Instead of spending hours digging, I opened Claude Code in VS Code, shared the bug, got potential root causes & solutions, discussed with devs in standup, and we hotfixed it within an hour. Smooth 😎

True. I uploaded a 150 page pdf & asked to summarise gist of the pdf. It started with "This book most probably talks about..". I found it funny that GPT used the word 'probably'. Turns out it just read first chapter of the book.I had to ask multiple times to read all chapters.
OpenAI has safety-ed GPT-4 sufficiently that its become lazy and incompetent. Convert this file? Too long. Write a table? Here's the first three lines. Read this link? Sorry can't. Read this py file? Oops not allowed. So frustrating.
