I made ice cream using the butter with milk method and it turned out great BUT when I tried to make an affogato with it, the butter separated So I recommend using that method for ice creams only if you’re not planning on using the ice cream for affogatos
I made milk brew last night and tried to make an affogato with it this morning It wasn’t very nice tbh and I prefer affogatos with normal coffee The milk brew tasted okay by itself but still I wouldn’t make it again I don’t think
