93% of all those who have died of covid in UK were over 60. Pretty much all the rest were being treated for serious prior medical conditions. All of these classes of people have now been offered the vaccine. If we are confident in the vaccine, it is time to open everything.
If the vaccine works, why will the UK experience a third wave? If the vaccine doesn't work, why is everyone being coerced into having it? Am I missing something?

So it will be safe enough on 1 April for the extremely clinical vulnerable to stop shielding. But... still NOT safe enough for perfectly healthy 20 year olds to have a drink in a pub garden, get a haircut, go to any shop or meet a friend indoors. Utter insanity. #EndLockdownNow

All at risk groups have been offered the vaccine. The hospitals are empty and the daily number of positives is near the false positive numbers of the cartload of tests being done on asymptomatic. Why are we in lockdown? Why are there any rules "to follow"?
