@donssword .....how patients who are still alive with vaccines (DCVax) are from the "mesenchymal" group. This group has low "PD1." I'm just wondering if off label keytruda or opdivo could help extend the survivor group past mesenchymal. As you know Keytruda or Opdivo treats PD1.
