#Jets move on from several assistant coaches including Charles London, Eric Washington, Roosevelt Williams, Scott Turner, Aaron Curry, Alonso Escalante, per #NFL sources. Hearing they will reassign at least one other offensive coach who was retained by Aaron Glenn

I feel like if you have to preface a coach’s candidacy w/ “He needs to hire an outstanding staff”, more often than not it doesn’t work out Reason is majority of coaches hire their friends or whoever they share an agent with, & those people may not be the most qualified
My 2 thoughts on Rivers as HC. 1) He was basically the OC for at least a decade of his career. 2) He has a presence & is a natural leader. He needs to surround himself with an outstanding staff. When you play as long as he did, I'm sure he knows what to look for in that area.
