Yep I do this all the time. I also get mad when I'm trying to appreciate a song and someone talks to me, I'll have to pause it and restart it as soon as they leave me the hell alone. DON'T INTERRUPT THE MUSIC!
Same, and I didn't realise I did it until my dad pointed it out to me. About the only time I use someone's name is when discussing them with other people, purely to avoid confusion in who is being discussed. It actually feels weird/icky to me to call someone by their name.
