8.x-1.0-alpha8 is out. It should fix a fatal error that showed up after the installation in some circumstances.
Webpack 8.x-1.0-alpha5 released with documentation fixes (it's drush webpack:serve, not yarn :)), refactoring and the ability to configure the port of webpack:serve. @dan2k3k4, thanks for reporting the issues! bit.ly/2MmDF0E
