#RETwit need help! What app do you use for move-out inspections? Yardi/AppFolio way too basic when it comes to documentation. Happy.Co, PropertyInspect, and Snap Inspect all look decent and have ease of functionality to prioritize for non-tech maintenance!
Are all smoke shops this bad? During build-out, they hired a contractor that stayed in the unit on an air mattress who clearly was smoking crack!
