@easyJet why has my cancelled flight, that I requested a refund for a few weeks ago changed from ' Refund being processed ' to ' Your request is being processed'?? I would like my money back NOT vouchers.
@easyJet please reply to my DM. I requested a refund for my cancelled flights over 2 weeks ago on my account but I have not received it. I can see that you’ve changed the status from refund being processed to request being processed - are you trying to avoid paying up?!
@easyJet After three weeks, this has now changed to 'your request is being processed.' Please confirm you are still giving me the full refund of £824 I am both entitled to and you agreed to pay me, and NOT vouchers or any alternative.
@easyJet After confirming refund to me you have now amended your record on ‘manage bookings’ from ‘refund being processed’ to ‘request being processed’. I have your email confirmation ( of refund ) & photographic evidence before your ‘amendment’. Please refund immediately.

been desperately trying to get hold of @easyJet for a week now, not replying to any tweets/dms from me or the person i was supposed to be travelling with and can't call number provided. very stressed and anxious as need a reply by saturday and at this rate will never get one😓
