Saw this earlier while at hospital and honestly, we had no words. Vandalising anything is bad enough, but a HEMS car which travels to the sickest patients in London is just absurd. HEMS is a charity which isn’t government funded and relies on the generosity of others. Awful

AGONAL BREATHING THREAD… Recently attended a OHCA whilst off duty. I was seriously questioning if the patient was breathing but called it in stating agonal breathing. Ended up being conveyed with multiple shocks for V-Fib. So what does agonal or ineffective breathing look like?
