Article One of the Constitution, which established the Legislative Branch, does not say Congress is subservient to the President (especially an unstable, unfit, & reckless one). Congress must do its job—fund the government, end the shutdown, & then negotiate border security.

We have had NO phone service consistently for 3 days and we are currently completely down in both of our locations. This is our BUSY season...please let us know when this is going to be resolved.
