It's basic LED TV with webcam and RaspPi hooked to LAN. I would love to start there some scripts that will create this kind of effect so probably send webcam feed to main machine via rasp and then send render back?
I use TouchDesigner on PC with a decent GPU and Kinect camera. This frame is not suitable for this effect, I am afraid
