Dealing with online customer service lately is a waste of time. They’ve turned it over to AI which can’t solve unscripted problems and even claims to be human, but never escalates the request to someone who can help.
Working through my recent experience with insurance and its sickening how much ai is being utilized in the claim process.
That's what AI is *for*, to make sure you can never reach a human That's why Musk and DOGE want it everywhere in government
Stream, call, game, and work in even the most remote locations. Order online in minutes
Last year my book was lost in the mail. An AI had my books re-shipped to whole different state. I hope those people enjoyed my books. I will never shop at any company that uses Zendesk.
Oh, very familiar with this. As a door Dash driver I am forced to call support often about some error, some issue, etc. Every time I do, I have to battle the stupid AI to get to an agent and it ends up taking up to 10 minutes just to get through.
It's terrible and it's not even remotely smart. Gives you the most generic advice ever and never actually solves the issue.
