Canceled all elective surgeries. Converted PACU, outpatient recovery, cath lab waiting room, etc to med/surg so we can convert the original med/surg floors into COVID-19 units. M/S beds will be literal beds with curtains for privacy in the meantime so we can have rooms for COVID

Normalize the fact that you don't know someone's gender identity just by looking at them, and saying "Well, they look male/female," is a phrase you should delete from your verbiage.
