Took my son & friends for a birthday treat last night. Went in to order & pay for their snacks & drinks... nothing left on a Saturday night? No hotdogs, no combos. They were gutted! Had to dash out and get them snacks from elsewhere. How do I make a complaint @ODEONCinemas

Still no joy! Fun & games not... They say to contact my bank... erm no.. I can see a payment hasn’t gone in from you. Check again at your end @matalan 3 months and longer to get a refund sorted 😂🤣
Can’t believe a high street store can’t get its act together and sort a simple problem. I’ve been messaging @Matalan since 1st feb on here to ask them to arrange my well overdue refund and they still can’t get it right! This refund has been due since December. Total joke!

Hey @Matalan I placed order on 17th Nov, never received email to say was in store... by chance found it was partially in store but 2 parcels stuck in transit for weeks. Waited for refund for 2 items since Xmas. Sent numerous emails & still not received refund... help pls.

Local Authority instructed us to close school today. Many rooms without light,we have no heat, hot water, phones, IT or cooking facilities.
Urgent: Waiting for phone call from Local Authority. We may have to close if we are unable to provide heat or hot water. Will update asap.
