We gotta talk more about how predatory inclusion shows up weaponized at work. Companies are getting much more sophisticated at gaslighting people into harmful environments. Inclusion doesn't mean engineering a false sense of "belonging" in a harmful place.
We need more pathways to opportunity, not investments in fear.
At some point, inclusion will make you uncomfortable. Go deeper into that. The greatest learning is never comfortable, but it is valuable.
Men like Tony Robbins maintain their power with attacks on "victimhood." They avoid holding powerful people accountable for their harmful actions by blaming victims for the trauma inflicted upon them. He does a ton of gaslighting to sell all those seminars.
