As part of @cooperativeweb's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek we ran a Dine and Draw session aided by the lovely people at @ScrawlrBox and their December 'Chaos Confined' box. This is my attempt so far. It was a great way to force myself to slow down for an hour or so and relax.
