Welcome to the team @dperrieth. Excited to add a much needed dedicated designer to the team He'll be helping to improve the design and UX of our new app alpha.ens.domains and our design system Thorin thorin.ens.domains, which we hope will be useful to the community

The $ENS token claim site claim.ens.domains is now open source! See tags/releases for useful commits (current version only allows delegation). Happy hacking! github.com/ensdomains/gov…

ENS is a complex system made of multiple contracts (I found 16 so far). This ensures we can freeze some parts and update others, limiting the scope of the damage a single error can do. The downside is that it’s very hard for one person to get a grasp of the whole. Until now.

The fastest way to serve your user's primary ENS name with their avatar in your app is to SSR the page, querying an ethereum node running on the same network as your application server. Additionally our proxy contract will speed things up. A thread 🧵👇

ENS resolution at the client-side is so clunky. Surely there's a way to resolve ENS on the server and send it to the client pre-rendered? cc @ensfrontend

For a long time frontend on @ensdomains was just me. Now we are a team and I just write emails. @talbert_leon as our first hire have pushed us to build better practices for testing and CI @taytemss I’m still convinced taytems.eth is a pseudonym for a group of frontend ninjas 🥷
