Hey @amazon how is a 4 day wait for an order that was placed as a same day delivery acceptable? And the 4 day wait is speculation, since no one has updated the tracking, since it’s still listed as arriving on time yesterday.

Hey @amazon So it’s ONLY 32 hours late at this point on an overnight delivery due yesterday. . And it’s been “processing” since 7:56 am….but there’s are “finally” out for delivery (so the emails claim, still no update to tracking). Delivery service is a fuxkkng joke.
Hey @amazon , after my 11th late delivery this month, after at least 2 or 3 times being told it will be escalated and investigated, I was just told by customer service that I’m not even being compensated for another missed overnight delivery.
Once again, fuck @amazon and your horrible service. I’m up to what will be 5 late deliveries in 12 days. But only 2 today and 3 in the last 4 days. But offer me $10 in promo credit. Such horrible service.
According to @amazon, a late order being given priority delivery is to let it sit in processing for about 7 hours then when it is out for delivery it could take another 4-8 hours. So it will only be over 24 hours late. And they offer you $5 in promotional credit. Fucking joke.
Here’s a shock. Once again l, fuck you @amazon. STILL can’t make a delivery on time. Only this time, it’s out for delivery and 5 hours later it’s back at the carrier facility being processed (again). Your delivery service is awful. Kindly go fuck yourselves.
