"Everybody's suffering right now, it's not just you". I have heard this so often during the pandemic and honestly – that's not comforting, that's making it even worse. It is OKAY if you're feeling down. You should not excuse for it because others suffer even more. You COUNT.
Can we please allow each other to feel down, even if others might be off even worse? I feel like this "You should be grateful for ABC, others don't even have XYZ" is the main reason for people hiding their bad feelings and not talking about them openly.
If that's not a good reason to make this month the most perfect of your life so far I don't know what else is.

I've switched back to getting up at 6am every day. My productivity has DOUBLED this week, compared to getting up at 7am. The end goal is of course to get back to the 5am I was used to - but that's a reminder that even tiny changes can have a huge impact. 🙌🏽 #miraclemorning
