The mood in Ukraineโฆ. Russiaโs foreign minister Lavrov this week said negotiations can begin once Russia โrestores democratic orderโ in Ukraine. As Russian troops neared Kyiv, I asked MP @GoncharenkoUa to comment. He had a pretty clear one word answerโฆ โF*** you, Lavrovโ.
