Being part of a great get together with our Davidson FB Scholar Athletes yesterday hurt my heart! This is a great video to watch! Hate, Injustice, Racism, & lack of compassion has no place anywhere at any time! In life we should all do our part to look after each other! LOVE!

Happy New Year to Everyone! This year goals of focus are: Control what you can control. Truly be within the moment when moments are happening. Remember I/you control how you take each interaction/moment, so learn and be positive with them. Work hard and strive to impact others!
