Half of respondents to a YouGov survey said that they would not consider employing an offender or ex-offender. We need to change perceptions. People with convictions are often highly motivated to work hard and move on from their conviction. #bringhope

1.19 million people were convicted in England and Wales in the year ending September 2020. Of these convictions, 50% were for motoring offences, 7% resulted in a prison sentence, and 77% resulted in a fine. And yet, 50% of employers would reject someone with a conviction.
