So a few of us in the OpenOrbis discord finally tracked down the root cause of std::cout failing to work properly in PS4 homebrew. Turns out the `writev()` syscall is busted and always returns -1 when writing to stdout/stderr. The data is written, but it returns a fail code. 🙄

I have tried payload server in GoldHen 2.0b and it was awesome experience! No memory errors anymore! Except to run the goldhen in the beginning. Keep in your consideration that it is still beta!
