nebula level 14 is done when you've reversed / decoded / etc the token file
Nebula level14 has a permissions problem. Login as nebula/nebula, sudo -s, chown level14:level14 /home/flag14/token
Looking at using live-cd instead of .ova. hopefully that will be more compatible with a variety of software / systems instead of .ova :/

two errors reported - flag03 doesn't have crontab installed, and flag09 requires php, which isn't installed. updated .ova in a day or three
