Hey all! @fabricjs 5.1.0 is out, with mostly security fixes and a tweak to the animation feature that let you animate matrices better. From today in the main branch you find the future version 6.0 that is in progress, has promise support but will be undocumented for a while

Dear devs on twitter. I need to pick up a multi touch js lib as companion for @fabricjs and pull out integration examples. Those libs seems all abandoned. Any hint? My bets are on some fork of hammer.js. Suggestions? Retweet if you have no answers, maybe someone has.

Looks like that from today you can contribute to @fabricjs using @gitpod . gitpod.io/#https://githu… Will allow you for a full in browser experience from code change to PR opening. Start fixing my bad english in docs for example. You do not need to be a coder for that.
And of course, mocking up an SVG manually to get a simple mask for @fabricjs , i created an SVG that @firefox and @googlechrome render substantially different: To my understanding of mask specs, the left one (chrome) seems wrong. How to verify it?
I'm looking for a JS library that helps me embedding active fiddles/codepens like stack overflow does. The code and the css/markup are inside the page, tagged, this eventual library changes them in an interactive editable example. Anyone?

I was thinking that @fabricjs objects can have square or round controls, but the interactive area is always square. If the interactive area was round, code would be simpler. So today the interactive area is a mismatch in 50% of the cases. Do we want simpler code?
