God is in the change business! 🙌

The grace of God is most visible when we recognize our deep need for Jesus to be for us what we cannot be on our own.

Prayer is not a 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦; it is a 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩. Because, when we pray, we acknowledge our neediness and God's goodness. Comment 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻 below if you would like to listen to the rest of this past weekend's message.

We get to 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘺 gather to worship a God who 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘺 gave his Son in a country secured by our troops who 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘺 sacrificed. We thank God for our nation's 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘰𝘮 today and the joy of walking in 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙤𝙢 forever. 🙌

We will start to see God shape our hearts rather than just hope he grants our wishes when our prayers shift from "my will be done" to "thy will be done." 🙏 You can watch the rest of this message by visiting fbccov.org/sermon

Today we remember & honor those who gave their lives for our country. As followers of Jesus, our faith is built on living in gratitude for the sacrifice that has bought our freedom. In the same spirit, we say thank you today for all those who have fought so bravely on our behalf.

If you've ever felt like developing the habit of consistently reading and studying the Bible can be a challenge, here is one practical way you can get started!

Our worship of God is not a checkbox to impress God; it's the overflow of recognizing our need and his incredible provision through the redeeming work of Jesus Christ. 🙌

A great way to start the week on this otherwise dreary/rainy morning... Join us in saying "THANK YOU" to Waylon and Martha Bailey for 35 years of service at FBC Covington! 👏

Today, we celebrate the victory of Jesus and the promise of a future "land of no more..." Praise God and Happy Easter! 🙌

Our courage in this world doesn't come from trusting in our performance; it comes from trusting in God's provision. We hope that you will join us next Wednesday at 10am in the worship center for the final week of our Women's Bible Study, Under His Wings!

Repentance is the doorway to freedom! 🚪 We hope you'll join us for the final weeks of our current Women's Bible study, Under His Wings, diving into the Psalms each Wednesday at 10am.

We hope you will join us on Saturday, March 23, from 9am-3pm as we unpack a simple framework for sharing your faith and leading others to grow in theirs. You can sign up for our Made to Multiply training by visiting loom.ly/Tp8L_co (lunch provided).

That's why he came! 🙌

We don't truly 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 a passage in the Bible if it has not been 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 in our lives. Study is meant to lead to transformation.

When you reflect on your life and are faced wondering if God would love you, the cross of Jesus tells us how much: 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙨 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨. -𝘙𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘴 5:8
