Hedgerows & towpaths on #Barrow navigation have been damaged by Waterways Ireland. Destruction of habitat within an SAC has also ruined walking/ cycling infrastructure. Further 'essential maintenance' is planned. Dredging, rock armour, destruction of towpath with machinery.
