Tomorrow is a big weigh in day for me. Targeting below 187 pounds after a week of: 1. Intermittment Fasting 2. Hitting my protein goals (187g / day) 3. Staying below 2,500 calories per day 4. Getting a sweat in every morning Time to see that hard work pay off again!
