There is nothing we can’t manufacture right here in Ontario. As long as I’m Premier, I will do everything I can to make sure that the health and safety of Ontarians does not lie outside of our great province.
I agree that when countries are playing by the rules, a "COVID Open license" model works but... when the #TrumpAdministration cheats, then countries such as Canada, Australia and others must not stay in the sidelines. Compulsory licensing in this situation may just save lives!
