Access bank is the most useless bank in Nigeria. I went to withdraw via pos, I was debited but the Pos agent wasn't credited. I complained several times for close to three months. Had to show them the other side of me before my money was refunded. I dumped the bank from that day

The sum of 105,000 was removed from my in-law's @myaccessbank account while her card and phone were with her. She didn't share any info with anyone. Access Bank is saying there's nothing they can do. Who can help please. Kindly RT

1. Not on Bolt. 2. That's why we appeal to you to Cancel. You don't risk anything by cancelling but we risk losing our account.

1. There is a fee if the customer cancels after 2 mins or if the driver gets to the pickup point and waits for 5 mins before cancelling. 2. You're free to do that and you're left with your conscience.

First Principle Engineering reposted

First, there's no cancellation fee. Secondly, there's a way around this. I'll drive to somewhere close to your pick up point (where you can't see me), swipe "Arrived", wait for 5mins, then Cancel and click "Rider Did Not Show" How about that?? 😂😂😂

First Principle Engineering reposted

So, am I supposed to pay the charges for cancellation when the driver is the one who chose not to go? If the driver is not going, he/she should cancel.

So whenever your next Bolt Driver tells you to cancel a request from your end, I'm sure you understand why. He is trying to keep his Activity Score as high as it could possibly be. Be magnanimous enough to assist him.

First Principle Engineering reposted

However, when a rider cancels an order, it doesn't impact the Driver's Activity Score. Also when a driver arrives at the pick up point and waits for at least 5mins and the rider doesn't show then he cancels the order, it doesn't affect his activity.

First Principle Engineering reposted

When a driver declines a request or does not answer a request, his activity score drops. When he accepts a request and then cancels quickly, it also affects his Activity Score. A driver risks losing his account temporarily or permanently when his Activity Score drops below 70%.

ACTIVITY SCORE Activity is mainly about hours spent online, number of cancelled trips and number of finished trips. Activity Score is calculated based on number of accepted and finished trips. It is calculated in percentage.

When d driver sees the destination and he is not willing to drive there, he'll still accept it, then ask you to cancel. Why go through dat stress, you might ask? Why can't he just decline or ignore the request or just cancel it outrightly? Why is he asking you to cancel? 👇👇

On Bolt, when a request comes in, the driver is capable of seeing both the pick up point (Green Bullet Point), estimated time and distance to pick up as well as the destination (Purple Bullet Point).
