A bad Windows Update release for Windows 11 by Microsoft is causing selected computers to refuse to install KB5068861, erroring out with code: 0x800f0983. Microsoft has still yet to address this, but goes to show how frustrating Windows Update is to use. windowsreport.com/windows-11-kb5…

A quick test between disabled E-Cores on a 14000KS. 58P/45E/50R, 23H2 debloated (no OS settings). 6800Mt/s was used in this phase of the test.
Caught the FPS bug on tape. Frametimes remain very high until you reconnect to the game.
