Thanks to presenters and ⁦@housingevidence⁩ for thought provoking sessions on #PropTech and the #ethical implications for #ukhousing. Really important to understand power dynamics and potential for both good and bad outcomes. Ethical framework and governance needed. #CaCHE

Fantastic session this morning with @housingevidence discussing how to deliver well designed homes and neighbourhoods. Particularly pleased to see a positive response to @chrisigloo talking about @AskNationwide and our Oakfield housing development

Really nice to see this #OpenAccess article out in @USJ_online. Great process - reviews really pushed me to think about some key points. All data from my @CRESR_SHU PhD days! Talks about the role of relationships, place & histories in how people belong in post-industrial areas

I always preach about self-care & remembering to prioritise yourself, but I've been awful awful awful at it recently. I never realise til I crash & burn. Feeling v low, poorly & disappointed in me. Don't do a Katie. Put you first now & then. Self-care is essential, not a luxury🙏🏼

For most of the last decade, I've been lost, sad, alone & mentally ill. There was no future. 2019 had to be make or break, & I MADE it. Nothing spectacular happened, I'm not special, I'm not extraordinary, but I'm a human who now believes in herself & THAT is magic.
