My annual MRI scan gives me a USB stick with the data, but you need this commercial windows software to open it. Ran Claude on the stick and asked it to make me a html based viewer tool. This looks... way better.

Built a thing that auto creates my run playlist 🎧🏃♂️ Garmin workout → OpenAI figures run type + phases → Spotify updates playlist daily. Easy/tempo/interval/long runs all get matching energy. Saves me 5 mins of time before a run 🤣 #OpenAI #Spotify #Garmin #BuildInPublic

Had a crack at an AI desktop assistant. It monitors your active window and offers intelligent suggestions automatically. Basic AF, just uses the process name and window title lol. Can share your screen with it to give more context though.
Dumped my Strava runs into a database that I can query with natural language. Also GG Strava, good luck against Garmin 🤣
Added some fun metrics to my Strava bot. Total heartbeats per run, then beats per km and metres per beat. It's amazing the power in one heartbeat! Lastly, a comparison against the GOAT, Kipchoge. I got a lot of work to do😅

I don't want to learn the new React Framework of the Week. I just want to drag UI widgets onto a canvas and hook up their event handlers to code I write. Like VB in 1995. Except the output should work on Windows, Mac, and Linux. I'd buy that.
