Had 20 mins to workout. Absolutely killed my biceps. 6-8 reps of barbell curls, hammer curls and chin ups then 1 minute rest. Repeat 6 times


Who else hates kip pull ups? Watching this guy grunting away and shouting to the heavens. I felt sorry for his neglected lats


Got my squats in today. Forget leg extensions and those machines. This exercise be in everyone's workout routine
