NDP NEWSFLASH - Barbican Road Planning Appeal for 100 homes & 50 bed Extra Care Home DISMISSED as it would cause unacceptable harm to the character and appearance of surrounding area. We need to carefully examine the decision but think it confirms the logic of the NDP.
