Can we just work on people getting fairly diagnosed before we change the name? We haven't even gotten people on board with the first name change. I get it it'd be nice but you have to start thinking it's a privelege to get diagnosed for a lot of people.

I have most notifications turned off to avoid this save for Discord. And then I have other Discord Servers where I've turned notifications off. And other things I completely ignore I can't handle all the beep boops.
