You crossed wires, regulated current, created matrices of magnets analog (1940s-1950s?) then Turing, transistors and machine language, then assembly language, etc. All before my time. Basically, you write the code so you can write the code, f* the docs, you read the source.
How did people even learn to code when there was no docs, no YouTube… nothing? Genuinely curious.
