So now I have my mom in tears on the phone offering to pay for a membership for me because she feels horrible that I wasted my trip. Nope. No more @Costco for me. I'm going back to @SamsClub and @BJsWholesale who have NEVER had an issue with me shopping for my parents. (2/2)
Today my parents (on their 80s) gave me their @Costco card and asked me to pick up hearing aid batteries and some other stuff to save my dad (recovering from leg surgery) the 30min each way trip. Was turned away at checkout because I'm not named on their account (1/2)
