. @CityofOceanside Is there any possibility that some or all of the fence panels on the South side of the pier could be replaced with shorter sections? I'm seeing lots of folks standing on benches(fall hazard), not to mention people from out of town commenting how ugly it is.
I don't see him now so maybe he worked his way free or got washed out to sea.

Anyone know why "James Hendrix" and "K D Cobain" have names inscribed into the railings on #cityofOceanside 's #OceansidePier ? I stumbled across this a couple of weeks ago.
