Not only did #Getaround fail to pay what they owed hosts, but they also didn’t cover the removal of their Connect devices, as agreed. Hosts are reporting they're not receiving payments for damages in the tens of thousands of dollars! #carshare
Well, looks like #Getaround USA is dead now. They’ve decided to close their doors and gave hosts – their 'partners' – a mere 48 hours' notice. #HostsLeftInTheDust #carshare

After a host takes pre-rental inspection pictures with the #Getaround app. , where can we see them (including any comments that we wrote in the app)? 🤔 @Getaround , 🙏 add a link to Inspections in getaround.com/dashboard/cars/<car_id>
We urgently need the ability to block 'bad' #Getaround guests from future rentals. @Getaround, prioritize please! When they don't return on time or don't have funds in bank cause significant losses and hours handling claims! Too much for small hosts 😖😖#GetaroundFeatureRequest
Hey @Getaround ... PLEASE improve communication with hosts, in particular when a car isn't returned on time. #Getaround should immediately start sending email with ticket number, actions taken and next steps! Currently, hosts are kept in the dark unless we call you!
#Getaround app. us improving ... In the Web App ( getaround.com/dashboard/cars/<id> ) , we can now see Fuel Level, Battery, Immobilizer and Ignition status which are very well needed for remote management. @Getaround : way to go... keep improving please! #carshare
#Getaround Connect cars don't have the option to deliver to alternate locations. @Getaround : Please, let Connect cars allow delivering for a fee, this is available in #Turo. The host can leave the car ready for the guest to open it with the App. #GetaroundFeatureRequest

The #Getaround Inspection 🧐tool isn't useful enough! 🫤@Getaround: Show a list of dates to click and see pics. As a host, sometimes we take pre-rental pics! Also, we need at least 4 interior pictures, to include trunk and other parts! #GetaroundFeatureRequest
#Getaround Guest reviews: @Getaround, we need the option to edit or delete a rental review after posting it. You could delay the actual publishing for some amount of time, to let us fix a mistake or improve the comment after a second thought. #GetaroundFeatureRequest
This year, #Getaround stopped providing toll management and hosts need to bear the cost; Income is lower in 2024 😡. @Getaround, hosts need to charge a small fee when guests use toll! Please, let us set a fee paid in to host (nothing to you!) #GetaroundFeatureRequest
Recently, I noticed the #Getaround 'Access hours' ! @Getaround, we need separate schedule for pickup and return 🤯 In our experience, pickups late at night are more likely to be guests that smoke 🤬 We'll be happy to block those pickup times but anytime return is ok.

As a #Getaround business host, I'm not able to use the same account to rent out cars as a guest when I travel! When I write my name in the profile, it also gest shown in the host reviews (rather the business name!)... @Getaround , please fix this.
