Big thank you to @TicketmasterIre for their compassion around my cancer diagnosis and speedy refund. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for @AerLingus promising a refund for 10 weeks with no sign of it!! Disappointing after the initial kindness I received from AL cust service!
Hey @AerLingus 9 weeks ago I shared my cancer diagnosis with you & was told you’d refund our Flights, I wasn’t able to go on asap, with consultant letter. My husband and I have been chasing you since then and today to add insult to injury you refund 1 of the 4 flights!

Hey @TUIIreland a group of 15 including 2 babies were on the flight delayed 20 hours from Lanzarote to Dub. Your Irish website links to a delayed flight claim form on .co.uk which won’t except any version of an Irish mobile number or allow me to skip the mobile number part?? HELP
