I spent half an hour today learning about how people explore the deepest caves on earth. it’s soooo fascinating!!! Hearing it be compared to the inverse of climbing a mountain helped it make a lot more sense to me.
the deepest cave in the world has 4 base camps, and it takes more than 4 days to reach the bottom, where you find a “turquoise lake, about 15 meters long and 8 meters wide, surrounded by jet-black limestone”

Poorly written documentation and tutorials can really make you not want to touch a programming language or developer tool again. I thought I hated a language, turns out I just needed to find learning materials that spoke to me in my language
