i’ve been in a 2,000 calorie deficit the last 3 days :))))


need to get up and burn this off now :/


okay actually my stomach hurts that was way too much and now i feel fat bc like why didn’t i eat slower and notice my fullness cues bc apparently i didn’t need that much food :(

3:30pm yeah… 400 let alone 500 is not happening by the time i get off :( today’s omad is 566 though, so i just have to get to 600 by bed time i could probably get 100 done w strength and then 100 just by existing and doing chores and then i would just have to pace for 100 🫡

S hasn’t asked me more about eating so i think getting chipotle and then omad-ing fairly normal looking meals has maybe made her less worried

2:30pm i don’t think im gonna hit 500 before i get home from work :/ which is fine but annoying. i have to walk a bit to get to my car after we close so ill take the long way to get a few more steps/cals in
