Anyone who's been following me knows I've been making this point for years. The fact that American women are so quick to hit men first is evidence that American men are not violent towards women. Women who grow up in domestically violent societies would never start fights w/ men.
The fact that so many women think they're as strong as men is a strong testament to how nonviolent society has become. A woman can't fight a man and maintain that delusion. That it hasn't been broken for them means men are not using force at anywhere near historic rates.
