Received 3rd stripe on my blue belt. Started the journey 2.5 years ago. Went from 180lbs to 155lbs over that time focusing on aerobic capacity, muscular endurance & skill acquisition. Mentally ready to bulk up again. Start blending skill, speed, & strength.
