Exactly! Didn’t get in 1st try. Shadowed maybe 12 days total. Took loans to get MBA. Never did research til MBA, and that was in healthcare business. Used leftover scholarship money to pay for Kaplan course. Worked 3 jobs (server/bartender x2 and nanny) while studying for MCAT.
