Finally announcing some huge personal news: I’ve joined @petpinai to help bring a new category of pet tech to life. 🐾 Because no pet owner should ever be left with just one memory of their best friend.
we've been upto something incredible
Our first @petpinai batch ships in weeks. You’ll see some wild content soon. People ask: “Is Petpin just for dogs?” No. Dogs, cats, horses… even pandas in China will be live-streaming and raising money for conservation. Petpin changes everything.
sums up my everyday right now a good psychedelic trip so far though there is a kick to a brutal challenge that isn't replicated by anything else
Just finished designing my first custom circuit board and it's now being manufactured and assembled. Feels like I just emerged from a psychedelic trip. Learning curve for electrical is psychopathic. Context switching between mechanical, electrical, and software is brutal.
decided to live demo to an incredible potential investor on a whim. he said he's writing a check.
i genuinely hope we start being able to reliably write swift for android. i would finally be free of the react-native dependency hell.
📣Announcing the first preview releases of Swift for Android, enabling you to build Android business logic with the same Swift that you use for Apple platforms. swift.org/blog/nightly-s… #Android
the simplest code smell is more than 500 lines of code in a single file
it's so cool to see someone write about us
She met me at a dog park, I didn’t have a dog. What she wrote about @petpinai after that meeting… blew me away. One of the clearest reflections of why we’re building what we’re building. Every pet has a voice. Every walk, a story worth keeping. More soon
this is genuinely so cool, i'm excited to see all the cool stuff this enables
today, we're releasing the largest egocentric dataset of physical jobs - 400k action labels - 2.5k clips - 2x'd open source dataset size (download below)
chelsea is absolutely on a riot against ajax right now this is the most satisfied i have been this season
great thread, anti-climatic ending, but i enjoyed giving a read motivated to read @omidotme's docs later now too
the biggest consumer win is how much competition there is right now in the AI IDE, agents, and tools space
security is my biggest fear with any of the ai browsers. it's going to be a serious challenge to make these airtight. i use brave & don't see myself leaving. it's fast, and i don't know what ads look like.
The security vulnerability we found in Perplexity’s Comet browser this summer is not an isolated issue. Indirect prompt injections are a systemic problem facing Comet and other AI-powered browsers. Today we’re publishing details on more security vulnerabilities we uncovered.
I wish I had a more recent copy of this book that was in good condition
